If anything aside from sticky tack is used to fix things to the walls, a minimum $100 removal fee will added to your bill.
The Capitol Theatre Windsor is dedicated to providing a beautiful historical venue for our community to collaborate, connect, and experience high caliber performances. This includes prioritizing accessibility and inclusion in every aspect of our organization. We are proud to offer accessible accommodations in each of our theatres.
For accessible seating requests or for questions related to the accessibility of our venue, please contact the box office at (519) 973-1238 or through email at [email protected].
The Capitol Theatre houses three theatres – The Pentastar, The Kelly Theatre, and The Joy Theatre, each with their own unique accessibility features. Please see website listing or ticket to confirm the location of the event that you will be attending.
Accessible Seating
Wheelchair spaces are accessible in all three theatres. The Capitol Theatre main entry (University Ave) is located at ground level and is equipped with ramps and inclined floors.
The Pentastar Theatre can accommodate standard-sized manual and electric wheelchairs on the main floor (in the back of the center section, the left and right side of the theatre). These spaces are limited, please contact box office to inquire availability.
Please note that as a Heritage space that has limited modernizations, tilt and recliner wheelchairs can only be accommodated at the back of the main floor of the theatre (under an overhang).
Please note: Balcony seating in Pentastar is only accessible using stairs.
