Step 1- Choose Your Marketing Services

Several marketing services can be added to your rental. Please download the Marketing Agreement to review your options. Once you’ve filled out the agreement and made your selections, please refer to Step 2 for instructions on how to send your files.

If you have opted in to our box office service, your rental will include a listing on the Capitol Theatre website.

Step 2- Submitting Your Files

Files will only be accepted if they align with our image standards. Please ensure that your files are properly sized prior to sending them. A detailed outline of the required dimensions is available in the Marketing Agreement.

  • Website Listing: 1024px by 768px with an 86px safety, 72 dpi (images without text are preferred) 
  • Poster: 60’’h x 30” w, high res. PDF.
  • Digital Screen: 1920px high x 1080px wide, high res. JPEG.
  • Digital Screen (concessions menu): 1080px high x 960px wide, high res. JPEG.
  • Event in Capitol Trifold: 1024px by 768px with an 86px safety, 72 dpi. JPEG.
  • Social Media: 4:5 ratio graphic/image you would like posted and the text you would like included in the caption.
  • Email Blast: 1024px by 768px with an 86px safety, 72 dpi. JPEG.
Step 3- Submitting Your Files and Information

Once you’ve completed the Marketing Agreement and your files are ready, please send everything in ONE EMAIL to [email protected] and [email protected].

All portions of the marketing agreement must be filled out. If any portions of the marketing package are incomplete, or if files are not received, your event will not be included in any Capitol marketing.
