Capitol Theatre renters have the opportunity to opt-in to using our box office services (managed by the Windsor Symphony through Audience View ticketing platform). These services are optional. If you would like to opt-in to the box office services, please download and complete the Box Office Agreement. All portions of the box office agreement must be filled out. If any portions of the box office agreement are incomplete, or if files are not received, your event will not be built into our ticketing system.
Sending Materials
Prior to sending your box office agreement, please assemble the following files:
Presenter/Event Logo: JPEG, high resolution.
Website Listing: 1024px by 768px with an 86px safety, 72 dpi (images without text are preferred). JPEG.
Ticket System (Audience View): 1708px by 1313px, 72 dpi (images without text are preferred). JPEG.
Completed agreement and required files can be sent to [email protected].
Additional Box Office Services
Ticket printing, cast tickets, comp tickets and discount codes must be confirmed when you submit your box office agreement.
Additional requests may be accomodated, but will result in additional fees.
To coordinate additional box office requests or changes to your ticket structure, please contact the Theatre Manager at [email protected]. Additional requests will only be accepted by email to the theatre manager.
