Fill out and submit the Event Preparation Form no less than 30 days prior to the start of your rental. Incomplete or late forms may result in added staff labour, which could incurr additional charges.
To opt into the theatre’s insurance, fill out and submit the Theatre Insurance Form no less than 60 days prior to the start of your rental. If you will be providing your own insurance, please provide proof of insurance no less than 60 days prior to the start of your rental. Details required by third party insurance providers can be found in the Insurance Forms package above.
After your event is completed, you will be sent an invoice for your outstanding payment due. Your final payment must be paid within 60 days of your booking. Payment can be completed in the following ways:
